By accessing or using QuickRank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

QuickRank is a web-based platform that provides SEO auditing, AI visibility tracking, Google Search Console analytics, and related tools. The Service allows you to monitor how AI language models reference your brand, run technical SEO audits, and analyze search performance data.

To use QuickRank, you must create an account using Google OAuth or email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.

QuickRank offers a free tier with limited functionality and a paid Pro tier with expanded features. The free tier includes up to 2 projects, 60 AI prompts, 3 AI providers, and 5 competitor tracking slots.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and limits of any plan at any time. Changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance.

The free tier requires you to provide your own OpenRouter API key to run AI visibility tests. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your OpenRouter account.

When you connect Google Search Console, you authorize QuickRank to access your search performance data. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings or the QuickRank dashboard.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to conduct automated scraping, crawling, or data collection beyond what the platform provides
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful technology
• Use the AI testing features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

The QuickRank platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your project data, content, and any data you import into the Service.

AI model responses generated through visibility testing are subject to the terms of the respective AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

You are responsible for any data you share through public share links. Anyone with a share link can view the associated project data in read-only mode.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

SEO audit results, AI visibility scores, and search console analytics are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data, scores, or recommendations provided by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may delete your account and data at any time through the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
